The Data Behind Your Plan

Multiple lenses. One complete picture.

Health Purely uses several types of lab testing to understand what may be happening in your body. Each test reveals something different, and together they create a fuller picture than any single test alone.

Lab types

Different tests reveal different parts of the story.

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)

What it measures: Mineral levels and ratios, heavy metal exposure, and metabolic type indicators.

What it reveals: Longer-term mineral patterns, toxic metal accumulation, adrenal and thyroid indicators, and oxidation rate trends.

How it works: A small sample of hair is sent to a certified lab. The results show mineral levels and key ratios that help shape supplement and nutrition recommendations.

Why it matters: Minerals support enzyme function, hormone production, and energy metabolism. HTMA offers a window into your body’s mineral economy over time.

Blood Panel Analysis

What it measures: Metabolic markers, organ function, immune indicators, nutrient levels, and hormones.

What it reveals: Thyroid function, blood sugar regulation, liver and kidney function, inflammation markers, iron status, vitamin D, and more.

How it works: A standard blood draw through your provider or a lab order. Health Purely looks at results through tighter, functional ranges, not only conventional normal ranges.

Why it matters: Blood panels show what is happening right now and can surface patterns that are easy to overlook when results are viewed in a broader conventional range.

GI-MAP (Gut Health Testing)

What it measures: Gut bacteria balance, pathogens, parasites, digestive function markers, and immune response.

What it reveals: Dysbiosis patterns, H. pylori, candida overgrowth, pancreatic enzyme function, intestinal inflammation, and secretory IgA status.

How it works: An at-home stool test is shipped to a certified lab. The results map your gut microbiome and digestive function in detail.

Why it matters: Your gut influences hormone metabolism, serotonin production, immune function, and nutrient absorption. GI-MAP helps reveal what is happening below the surface.

Additional & Emerging Tests

What it measures: Health Purely’s protocol system can incorporate additional test types as more information becomes useful.

What it reveals: This can include DUTCH testing, organic acids testing, food sensitivity panels, and other emerging data sources.

How it works: Your protocol can expand as new data becomes available, which means your plan can grow in precision over time.

Why it matters: The goal is not to force every test at once. It is to use the right mix of information to understand your health picture more clearly.

How tests work together

No single test tells the whole story.

HTMA can show longer-term mineral trends. Blood panels can show what is happening today. GI-MAP can reveal what is happening in your gut. Used together, they create a more complete view of your health than any one test can provide on its own.

Health Purely uses all available data to build the clearest and most useful protocol possible.

A practical starting point

You do not need every test at once.

Many members begin with one or two tests, often HTMA plus a blood panel, and add others over time as they retest and refine. Your protocol is built from whatever data is available. More data can mean more precision, but even a single test combined with your intake can create a meaningful starting point.
